摘要
阐述了基于SIEMENS公司S71200PLC对枪弹长度检测机进行智能化改造的方法,介绍了改造系统的构成,包括机械结构的原理以及控制系统的实现过程。经实际检测表明:改造后的检测机测量精准无误。
This paper elaborates the methods of intelligent transformation for bullet length detecting machine based on S71200PLC of SIEMENS, it introduces the composition of the transformation systems, including the principle of mechanical structure, the design of control system and implementation process for the actual test. The data shows that the detecting machine is accurate and correct after transformation.
