抗梨干腐烂菌物质筛选

Screening of Antibacterial Plant Materials against Valsa ambiens Fr.

以梨干腐烂菌(Valsa ambiens)为研究对象,采用纸片法对120种植物材料进行抗菌作用筛选,结果发现苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum)、广玉兰(Magnolia grandiflora Linn.)、八角茴香(Lilicium verum Hook.f.)具有抗菌活性。系统溶剂提取法试验证实抗梨干腐烂菌的物质有水溶性苷类、生物碱、反式茴香醚、酚类物质或有机酸等。苍耳抗菌物质干扰梨干腐烂菌的正常发育过程,广玉兰能干扰梨干腐烂菌的色素合成,八角茴香挥发油对梨干腐烂菌菌丝生长有很强的抑制作用。

Antibacterial substances taking pathogeny of Valsa ambiens Fr.as object were screened from 120 kind of plants by slip method.Xanthium sibiricum,Magnolia grandiflora,Lilicium verum were detected having antibacterial activity.It was tested by systemic solvent extracts that the antibacterial substances were water-soluble glycosides,alkaloid,trans-anethole,phenolic compounds,organic acid.antibacterial substances of X.sibiricum interfered normal metabolizability of V.ambiens Fr.;antibacterial substances of M.grandiflora inhibitted the synthesis of pigment;essential oil of L.verum strongly inhibitted mycelium growth.
