中压制备与大孔树脂联用快速分离羟基红花黄色素A

Separation of Hydroxysafflor Yellow A from Safflower by Medium Pressure Column Chromatography with Macroporous Resin

用水超声法提取红花(Carthamus tinctorius L.)中红花黄色素A,提取液经D-101大孔吸附树脂色谱柱进行粗分,所得水及体积分数30%的乙醇洗脱物用中压制备色谱进行两次分离纯化,所得产物经高效液相色谱分析,羟基红花黄色素A纯度为95.968%。该方法省时、简便、高效,值得推广应用。

Hydroxysafflor yellow A（HSYA） craft extract was obtained by water-ultrasonic method from safflower（Carthamus tinctorius L.） and then seperated by D-101 macroporous resin chromatography.The water and 30% ethanol elution was purified by medium pressure column chromatograph for twice.According to HPLC results,the purity of HSYA prepared could be up to 95.986%.This mechod was time saving,convenient,efficient,and propagable.
