摘要
指出在血源紧张时,加强供血质量管理,做好发血工作人员培训,密切血站与医院的合作,积极提高服务质量,对规范临床科学合理输血、引导公众正确看待无偿献血、缓解血液供需矛盾有着十分重要的作用。
The paper pointed out that during limited blood recourses, it is very important to enhance the quality of blood management, carry on staff training, perform close cooperation of blood banks and hospitals, actively improve the quality of serv- ice for scientific and rational blood transfusion, guiding the public a correct view of voluntary blood donation, easing the contradic- tion between blood supply and demand.
