摘要
采供血机构院感管理是血液质量和安全的有力保障。指出由于采供血机构工作性质较单一,其院感管理存在管理滞后、监管缺失、设施设备陈旧以及培训不到位等问题。从建立健全院感管理文件,完善院感管理三级监控组织,落实分层次培训,实行有效监控等方面,总结了采供血机构院感管理的实践。
The management of hospital infections in blood banks is a strong guarantee for blood quality and safety. The pa- per pointed out that because blood banks was relatively simple nature of the work, the hospital infections management had problems of management lagging behind, lacking of supervision, outdated facilities and equipment, limited training, etc. From the establishment of a sound file of hospital infection management, improvement of three levels of control organizations for hospital infection management, implementation of the training of different levels, and the implementation of effective monitoring, the practices on hospital infections management in hospital blood bank was summarized.
