长株潭城市群“绿核”新建森林公园生态价值估算

Estimation of Ecological Value for New Constructed Forest Parks,the "Green Core",in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

在生态补偿中,森林的经济社会价值容易估算,是补偿的主要依据,而生态价值往往被忽视,导致补偿标准远远低于理论标准。借鉴国内外相关理论和物价指数,对长株潭(CZT)城市群"绿核"新建森林公园的生态价值进行初步评估,为生态补偿标准和政府投资标的确定提供参考。

In the ecological compensation, the economic and the social value of forest are easy to estimate, which are the main basis for compensation, but the ecological value is usually neglected, which lead to the compensation standard is lower than the theoretical standard. According to the relevant theory and price index in China and abroad, the ecological value of new constructed forest parks, the ＂green core＂, in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan （CZT） urban agglomeration were estimated preliminarily, in order to provide references for determine of ecological compensation standards and the government investment mark.
