Performance of damping aluminum foil tapes for NVH control

NVH控制是当今热点课题之一。控制噪声的方法除了主动控制噪声外,主要还有隔振、阻尼减振、隔音、吸音等4种方法。本文着重介绍阻尼减振的方法、共振及共振的危害、自由阻尼和约束阻尼、阻尼性能试验验证、黏弹阻尼聚合物及材料性能及使用阻尼减振铝箔胶带的优点等。

The NVH （noise,vibration and harshness） control is one of the current hot topics.For the control methods of noise,besides the reactive controling the noise,there are four methods：vibration isolation,vibration damping,sound insulation and sound absorption.This paper emphasized on the method of vibration damping.The resonance and its harm,the free damping and constrained damping,the experimental testing of damping performance,the viscoelastic damping materials and their properties,and the advantage of using the damping aluminum foil tapes.
