当代中国司法礼仪制度研究

Judicial Ceremony in Contemporary China

随着社会主义法治国家建设的深入,各级司法机关和律师行业协会等纷纷制定司法礼仪方面的行为规范,开展有关司法礼仪的培训活动。但是司法礼仪制度存在内容缺乏系统归纳、行为缺少职业特点和制度难以统一执行的问题。应当认识到司法礼仪源于一定的职业道德或社会公德,需要在一定的原则下,深化司法礼仪规范的内容,充分发挥在职教育的作用,营造崇尚司法礼仪的舆论环境。

With the establishment of the socialist legal system, government agencies and law enforcement organiza- tions at various levels are beginning to set up a series of judicial ceremony. The present judicial ceremony system in China, however, is defected by the deficiency of a systematic categorization in content, inadequacy of professional characteristics in action, and the consequent difficulty in implementation. The author holds that judicial ceremony should be bound up with the occupational ethic and social moral norms.
