摘要 重点分析EMC2平台整体架构及各功能模块之间的通信机制与硬件驱动的基本原理,对EMC2的I/O控制原理进行深入的研究并给出了开发实例。开发的平台在实际项目中运行良好。研究结果为用户提供了一种深入了解EMC2的方法,尤其是在扩展自定义的数字I/O上,进而为用户提供一种开发数控系统软件平台的新思路。 The overall framework of EMC2 and the communication mechanism within the modules of EMC2 as well as the underlining hardware driven principle of EMC2 were analyzed.The I/O control principle of EMC2 was studied,and a practical example was given.The developed platform works perfectly in the practical application.The research provides users with an in-depth understanding of EMC2,especially the customized extended digital I/O,and more important the new ideas of developing a numerical control system software platform for users.
