摘要
为研究盾构土压平衡比(EPBR)的控制特性,设计了盾构EPBR控制模拟实验系统。分析转速控制在该模拟实验系统上的实现方法,试验研究了在推进速度、土质等干扰下的EPBR控制特性。结果表明:采用该系统可实现盾构EPBR控制的模拟实验,为通过模拟实验研究盾构在多种工况下的EPBR控制特性提供了条件。
To study the characteristic of earth-pressure-balance-ratio(EPBR) control of shield,a simulation experiment system of EPBR control of shield was designed.The implemented method of rotating speed control on the simulation experiment system was analyzed,and the characteristic of EPBR control was studied experimentally under the disturbances of forward-velocity and soil property.Results show that the simulation experiment of EPBR control of shield can be carried out by the system which provides conditions for experimental study of the characteristic of EPBR control of shield under various conditions.
