摘要
在液力缓速器的研发过程中,热交换系统的匹配是一个十分重要的环节,由于热交换系统与汽车整车散热系统串联,冷却水在通过液力缓速器热交换管路时产生的压力损失会对整车散热系统产生不利影响,因此,减小水流的压力损失是液力缓速器设计过程中必需考虑的问题。通过CFD数值计算热交换器的水流过程,确定流道的水流阻力情况,通过量纲一公式,计算出液力缓速器热交换管路的能头损失,为液力缓速器热交换器的设计和优化提供理论参考。
In researching process of hydrodynamic retarder,matching the heat exchange system is a very important link.Because of the heat exchange system and the vehicle cooling system in series,the pressure loss in the heat exchanger would produce adverse effects on the vehicle cooling system.Therefore,reducing the pressure loss should be taken into account in designing the heat exchanger.The flow in the heat exchanger was simulated by CFD.Then the resistance of the flow was determined.By using normalized formula,the pressure loss was calculated.It provides theoretical reference for design and optimization of the heat exchanger for hydrodynamic retarder.
