摘要
通过数值模拟的方式,建立了蜂窝体蓄热室内流动与换热的三维非稳态数学模型,根据蓄热室内速度、温度、压力的不同,研究其温度效率、热回收率和压力损失的变化规律,在保证蓄热量的前提下,找到不同结构蓄热室的最佳操作参数的方法,并且根据温度效率曲线找到了结构参数和操作参数相匹配的最佳值区间。
Three-dimensional unsteady mathematical model of flow and heat transfer in honeycomb regenerator is established via the way of numerical simulation.According to the difference of rate,temperature,pressure in regenerator,the variation law of temperature efficiency,heat recovery rate and pressure loss are researched.On the precondition of ensuring the heat storage in regenerator,there is a result that regenerators with different structures have corresponding optimal operating parameters,the best value interval matching structure parameters and operating parameters is found based on temperature-efficiency curve.
