摘要 向直馏蜡油中添加吡啶作为高氮蜡油原料,在固定床微型反应装置上考察助剂对含氮蜡油催化裂化的影响。结果表明,在490℃,剂油比4.5,质量空速8 h-1的条件下,在所考察的7种助剂中,4种助剂即甲醇、Ma、乙酸和溴代正丁烷能够缓解含氮化合物对催化剂毒化,提高转化率和选择性,甲醇和Ma的效果较好。对待生剂的表征结果表明,添加甲醇、Ma能使待生催化剂上保持较多的B酸和L酸。增加Ma的浓度,轻油收率增加,Ma浓度达到一定数值后,结焦量增加,转化率回落。 Effects of additives on the catalytic cracking of vacuum gas oil containing pyridine were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor under the conditions of 490 ℃,mass ratio of catalytic to oil 4.5 and weight hourly space velocity 8 h-1.The results show that methanol,acetic,n-butyl bromide and additive Ma can improve the conversion of VGO and the selectivity of target products,particularly methanol and Ma.The characterization of spent catalysts demonstrated that adding methanol or Ma can keep more B and L acid on them.With the increasing of Ma dosage,light oil yield increased,after Ma concentration reached the optimum value,coke increased and total conversion decreased.
