摘要
MTBE装置采用催化蒸馏工艺,以甲醇和混合C4中的异丁烯为原料,在催化剂的作用下生成甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)。分析了催化剂的装填和使用寿命、催化剂床层格栅的防腐、关键设备的维护和工艺操作的优化对MTBE装置的影响,从而保证了MTBE装置的长周期平稳运行。
Methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE) was generated from methanol and isobutylene in mixed C4 under the action of catalyst by catalytic distillation in MTBE plant.Factors impacting on MTBE plant were analyzed such as catalyst loading and service life,corrosion of catalyst bed layer grid,maintenance of important equipments and optimization of technical operation,thus long-period and stable running of MTBE plant was ensured.
