杜鹃红山茶愈伤组织诱导的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Callus Inducement of Czmelliaazalea

以杜鹃红山茶嫩茎、叶柄以及叶片为外植体,研究不同激素组合及不同外植体对愈伤组织诱导效应的影响,研究结果表明:MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+0.5 mg/L 6-BA是杜鹃红山茶愈伤诱导的最佳培养基,MS+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D+3.0 mg/L6-BA+1.5 mg/L IAA是最佳的继代培养基。叶柄在愈伤诱导率及生长状况上优于其他外植体。

The tender stems,leafstalks and leaves of Camelliaazalea Wei were used for explants,the callus inducement effect was studied by using different kinds of hormone combinations and different explants.The results showed that the optimal medium for callus inducement was MS＋2.0 mg/L 2,4-D＋0.5 mg/L 6-BA;the optimal subculture medium was MS＋1.0 mg/L 2,4-D＋3.0 mg/L 6-BA＋1.5 mg/L IAA.The callus inducement rate and growth status of leafstalks were better than those of other explants.
