山东省苹果轮纹病菌对代森锰锌的敏感性测定 被引量:5

摘要 2007年8~10月从山东主要苹果产区轮纹病果上分离获得54个苹果轮纹病菌菌株,采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定了各菌株对代森锰锌的敏感性。结果表明:代森锰锌对54个菌株的EC50值呈单峰频次分布,分布在1.9287~20.8004μg/mL之间,均值为(9.4383±0.5561)μg/mL;在54个菌株中选择对代森锰锌最敏感的泰山海棠菌系进行重复测定,将其EC50平均值3.0963μg/mL确定为苹果轮纹病菌对代森锰锌的敏感基线;Duncan新复极差法和系统聚类的分析结果表明,不同地理来源的苹果轮纹病菌对代森锰锌的敏感性都处在较高水平,总体上不存在明显差异,没有出现敏感性下降的抗药性亚群体。 The Mancozeb-sensitivities of 54 strains of Botryosphaeria berengriana f.sp.piricola isolated from the diseased apple fruits in Shandong from August to October in 2007 were determined with the method of mycelial growth rate.The frequency distribution of EC50value of Mancozeb to these 54 strains was unimodal,the EC50values ranged from 1.9287 μg/mL to 20.8004 μg/mL,and the mean EC50value was(9.4383±0.5561) μg/mL.The sensitive baseline of Botryosphaeria berengriana f.sp.piricola to Mancozeb was determined as 3.0963 μg/mL based on the mean EC50value of Mancozeb to the most sensitive strain isolated from Taishan.The results of Duncan's test and hierarchical clustering analysis showed that the sensitivities of Botryosphaeria berengriana f.sp.piricola from different regions to Mancozeb were at high levels.There was generally no evident difference in the sensitivity among different strains,and the resistant sub-colony was not found.
