摘要
管道缺陷成像是管道安全评价的关键技术之一。针对管道超声的三维成像问题,提出了一种简单高效的三维成像方法。该方法简化了常规的三维成像的过程,省略由二维超声图像提取表面轮廓的步骤,直接提取回波信号和空间信息,得到管道腐蚀内外壁的离散检测点的空间坐标。然后应用重构管道的三维腐蚀曲面,为自动生成管道安全评价提供了数据基础。实验证明,该方法可以真实显示三维腐蚀管道缺陷,适合推广应用。
Pipeline defect imaging is the key technology for pipeline safety evaluation.In this paper,a simple and efficient method of three-dimensional imaging was put forward concerning the pipe ultrasonic imaging technology.This method simplifies the process of general three-dimensional imaging and ultrasonic image reconstruction steps,namely,the echo and spatial information are directly extracted,which leads to the discrete space coordinates of the pipeline corrosion of inner and outer walls.Multiquadric method(double-curved radial basis interpolation) is employed to reconstruct the three-dimensional corrosion surface of the pipe.Finally,OpenGL technology is employed to realize the three-dimensional image display of pipeline corrosion defects.The experiment indicates that this method is a good display of corroded pipeline defects,suitable for application.
