摘要
滚动轴承在旋转机械中具有重要作用。针对设备的4种失效形式,实时地对设备进行监测。通过采集振动信号并对振动信号进行分析、处理,从而找到与轴承破坏形式相关的敏感参数和信号分析方法。针对振动参数的变化趋势结合振动参数变化量的大小判断轴承的运行状态。在振动参数的拟合曲线的基础上建立轴承剩余寿命预算模型。
Antifriction bearing plays an important role in the rotating machinery.In this paper,four major failure modes for equipment have been monitored in real time.By collecting,processing,and analyzing vibration signals,the sensitive parameters associated with failure modes,as well as the signal analysis method can be found.The variable trend of vibration parameters combining with the change of vibration parameters value can determine the operation of the antifriction bearing.Based on the fitting curve of vibration parameters,a residual life estimate model of antifriction bearing is established.
