关于太谷县转型跨越发展的思考

Reflection on Transformation for Leapfrogging Development of Taigu County

按照中共太谷县委"十二五"规划的指导思想,太谷县应从以下几方面作出努力,实现经济社会转型跨越发展:一是解放思想转变观念,树立科学发展观;二是以农民增收为核心,大力推进农业现代化;三是以项目建设为抓手,大力推进工业新型化;四是以繁荣市场为途径,积极促进产业多元化;五是以扩容提质为主线,大力推进县域城镇化。

According to the guiding ideology of the twelfth ＂Five-Year Plan＂of the CPC Taigu county committee, Taigu county should make efforts in the following aspects so as to achieve the objectives for economic and social trans- formation for leapfrogging development .These objectives are as follows：to emancipate mind,change the conception and foster the scientific outlook on development, to advance modernization of agriculture with increasing farmers＇ in- come at the core, to vigorously modernize industries, to develop various industries by prospering the market, and to make efforts to sterp up urbanization.
