摘要
目的了解医学院校本科生心理健康水平,为进一步开展心理健康教育与干预提供依据.方法采用心理卫生自评量表(SCL-90)对487名昆明医学院本科生进行问卷调查分析.结果医学生心理健康水平整体低于全国常模;男生女生心理健康水平较为接近;不同专业学生心理健康水平由高到低排列分别是临床医学专业、护理专业和预防医学专业,体质健康测试优秀与良好的学生心理健康状况好于及格的学生.结论学校应有针对性地对医学生的进行心理卫生指导,也要充分发挥体育对学生身心健康的促进作用.
Objective To find out medical college students＇ health psychological status and provide evidence for their psychological health education and prevention.Method 487 students of Kunming Medical University were investigated by SCL-90 questionare.Results The students＇ psychological health status is worse than normal level.The psychological health status of male is similar to female.The psychological health levels of students with different majors are：Clinical MedicineNursingPreventive Medicine.Conclusion It is necessary to put more attention on the psychological health instruction to the medical college students.Meanwhile,we should advance students＇ constitution and psychological health by means of P.E.
