民办高校学生宿舍安全管理工作研究——构建“人防、物防、技防、协防”四位一体的运行机制

宿舍,是学生进行学习、生活和情感交流的重要场所;每天,每个学生将有1/3以上的时间在宿舍里度过。宿舍的安全稳定直接影响着高校学生的身心健康发展;直接考验着一所高校的管理水平并最终制约着其生存发展。民办高校由于其自身固有的特点,在学生宿舍安全管理方面存在着不同程度的问题,本文试图从构建"人防、物防、技防、协防"四位一体的运行机制出发,为学生提供一个安全舒适的宿舍环境。

Dormitories are the most important place for students to study,llve in and communicate. Everyday, every student will spend one third of his time in a dormitory. The safety and stability of dormitories will directly af- fect the health of the high college students. At the same time,it will directly test the management level of the high colleges, and at last restrain their survival and development. Due to the inherent characteristics, there are differences of problems about students dormitories safety management in private colleges. In order to form a safe and comfort- able environment, the paper attempts to build ＂four in one＂ operating mechanism of people defimse, physical defense, technology defense,cooperation defense＂.
