大学生村官的心理困惑及对策研究

Psychological Confusion and Its Countermeasures of College Graduate Village Officials

大学生村官是一个特殊的社会群体。在由学生向村官的身份转换过程中会出现许多心理困惑甚至是心理问题,如孤独无助、自轻自负、无奈迷茫等。因此,本研究从社会、各级地方政府和大学生村官自身等三个方面提出解决大学生村官心理困惑的对策,以期帮助大学生村干部健康成长。

College graduate village officials are a special social group.They often face psychological problems such as loneliness,inferiority,conceit and psychological confusion in the identity transformation from students to village officials.This paper tries to put forward some countermeasures from three aspects of society,local government and student graduates.
