摘要
民办高校加强人事管理制度建设是增强市场竞争力的需要,也是加强内涵建设、提高教育教学质量和办学效益的要求。民办高校应建立和完善科学的师资队伍建设规划、教师培训进修制度、工资福利制度、考核激励制度来实现自身的可持续发展。
In order to meet the requirements of market competition,strengthen connotation construction and improve the teaching quality and efficiency,private colleges and universities need to strengthen personnel management system and adopt a series of relative countermeasures to achieve sustainable development,including establishing and improving the scientific teaching staff construction planning and the proper systems of continuous education and training,wages and welfare,assessment and incentive.
