糖化血红蛋白、胆红素、血脂测定在冠心病患者中的意义被引量：5

摘要目的探讨糖化血红蛋白A1c(glycosylated Hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)、胆红素、血脂在冠心病(coronary heartdisease,CHD)中的意义。方法随机选择行冠状动脉造影检查并检测糖化血红蛋白的患者184例,分为非冠心病组(A组)、冠心病心绞痛组(B组)、冠心病急性心肌梗死组(C组)。检测并分析HbA1c、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TB)、血脂与冠心病发生的关系。结果 HbA1c C组明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TB在B组及C组均低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)B组和C组均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、脂蛋白(a)[lipoprotein(a),Lp(a)]三组比较差异无统计学意义。HbA1c与TC、LDL-C呈正相关(r=0.45,r=0.91,均P<0.05),TB与TC、LDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.97,r=-0.90,P<0.05)。结论高水平HbA1c是冠心病的危险因素,而低胆红素水平可能预示着发生冠状动脉事件的风险增加。
