神经内镜辅助手术治疗面部神经痛疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨神经内镜辅助下手术治疗面部神经痛的临床价值。方法回顾性分析神经内镜辅助下行微血管减压术(MVD)治疗的23例面部神经痛患者的临床资料,以及术后3个月~2年的随访结果。结果疼痛于手术后即刻完全缓解20例(87.0%),术后7d内缓解3例(13.0%);术后并发症均于3个月后缓解;无死亡及复发病例。结论运用神经内镜辅助手术治疗面部神经痛,可减少单纯显微镜下操作的手术死角,有助于判断责任血管及垫棉的位置,使MVD效果更可靠。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value of the neuroendoscope-assisted operation for facial neuralgia.Methods Clinical data of 23 cases of facial neuralgia treated by microvascular decompression (MVD) with the aid of a neuroendoscpe, were retrospectively analyzed, as well as 3 months to 2 years follow-up results.Results Complete pain relief took place immediately postoperatively in 20 patients (87.0%), 7 days later in 3 of them (13.0%). All complications in the cases moderated 3 months postoperatively. No recurrence of pain was noted with zero mortality.Conclusion The aid of neuroendoscope for microvascular decompression for facial neuralgia may lessen dead angle of operative field than only with a microscope, in which the responsible blood vessels and the placed location of Teflon cotton will be easily judged so that more reliability and security exist in MVD management for facial neuralgia.
