不同开颅术治疗高血压脑出血疗效比较

Comparison of therapeutic effects of different craniotomies in treating patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨传统开颅术与内镜辅助小骨窗开颅术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法 60例高血压脑出血患者随机分为骨窗组和传统组,每组30例,对比分析两组的治疗效果和预后情况。结果骨窗组好转率为93.3%,高于传统组的73.3%(P<0.05);骨窗组远期优良率为56.7%,高于传统组的30.0%(P<0.05)。结论内镜辅助小骨窗开颅术治疗高血压脑出血是一种有效的治疗方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate therapeutic effects of the traditional craniotomy and endoscope-assisted craniotomy with small bone window in treating patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Sixty patients with hypertensive cerebral hem- orrhage were randomly divided into bone window group（ 30 cases） and traditional group（ 30 cases）. Therapeutic effects and prognosis condition were respectively compared and analyzed. Results The improvement rate of patients in the bone window group （93.3%） was higher than that in the traditional group （ 73.3% ）. The excellent and fine rates of the patients in the bone window group （56.7%） were higher than that in the traditional group （30.0%） （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Treating patients with hypertensive cer- ebral hemorrhage by endoscope-assisted eraniotomy with small bone window is a very effective way and worthy applying clinically.
