摘要
本文针对深海热流计中铂电阻测温误差问题,提出了一种软硬件相结合的方法补偿误差。在硬件上,通过给热敏电阻并联合适的电阻初步实现线性化;软件方面,应用分段线性插值法进行测量误差补偿,从而达到较高的测量精度。本文详细的介绍了并联电阻阻值的确定方法,完整的论述了利用分段线性插值法进行误差补偿的过程。经测试,测量结果可以达到较高的精度,有效的减少了误差。
This paper describes a method of combining hardware and software to achieve high - precision temperature measurement in heat flow meter. In order to overcome nonlinear error caused by the platinum resist- ance temperature sensor, an appropriate resistance is paralleled with it on the hardware side to achieve its linear. Piecewise linear interpolation method is used to compensate the measurement error on the software side, so as to attain higher accuracy. This paper describes the method for determining the paralleled resistance in detail, and the process of using piecewise linear interpolation method to compensate measurement error. Verified by testing, the measurement accuracy can be much higher and the error can he reduced effectively.
