Country Risks F-AHP Evaluation Method for SME at FDI:Taking Yunnan SMEs Investing at Myanmar as the Example

中小企业海外直接投资面临的国家风险日益突出,模糊层级评估方法 (F-AHP)凸显了科学评估优势。利用F-AHP方法评估了四达实业公司到缅甸直接投资所面临的国家风险,结论是政治风险占一半左右,在国家风险构成中特别突出,在中小企业到类似地区直接投资时应当引起高度重视。

The risks for the SME during the FDI becoming more and more prominent.F-AHP have the scientific advantage to evaluate the risks.The paper using the F-AHP method to evaluates the Country Risk of Myanmar which was encountered by Yunnan SMEs when they go Myanmar to direct investment.The results show that the Country Risks are very high,to which the political risks contribute almost a half,and should be highly paid attention.
