摘要
目的观察单宁酸(tannicacid,TA)在SD大鼠急性心梗后心功能及基质胶原蛋白的影响。方法通过结扎老鼠心脏左心室前降支,制作出心梗模型(n=60)。24h行超声检查后,合格的(FS<30,EF<60)分成两组(每组n=20),同时用单宁酸(0.05μmol/mL)和生理盐水分别在心梗周围进行注射(每只100μL),并在24h和15d的时候用超声检测心功能,花生四烯酸荧光检测胶原蛋白的形状。结果治疗15d后,单宁酸组左心室射血分数[(66.2±6.8)%比(55.7±6.8)%,P<0.05]和左心室短轴缩短分数[(46.7±5.3)%比(36.4±5.5)%,P<0.05]均明显高于对照组,心功能明显改善,花生四烯酸荧光检测发现单宁酸组心肌外细胞基质排列明显优于对照组。结论单宁酸心肌注射能够有效地改善心功能,预防心室重构,为将来单宁酸能治疗心肌梗死开辟了新道路。
Objective To observe the tannic acid(TA) in SD rats after acute myocardial infarction heart function and matrix effects of collagen.Methods By ligation of anterior descending branch of the mouse the left ventricle of the heart,produced with myocardial infarction(n=60).Results 24h ultrasound examination,the qualified(FS 〈 30,EF〈60) divided into two groups(n=20 each),at the same time with tannic acid(0.05μmol/mL) and saline respectively in MI around injection(each 100μL),and 24h and 15d when using ultrasound for detecting heart function,peanut four acid fluorescence detection collagen shapes.Results 4h and 15d after tannic acid group,left ventricular ejection fraction [(66.2±6.8)%VS(55.7±6.8)%,P〈0.05] and left ventricular fractional shortening fractions [(46.7±5.3)%VS(36.4±5.5)%,P〈 0.05] were significantly higher than those of control group,heart function improved,peanut four acid fluorescence detection of myocardial extracellular matrix that tannic acid are significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Cardiac agent tannic acid injection can effectively improve the cardiac function,prevention of ventricular remodeling,as the future of tannic acid can open up new way for the treatment of myocardial infarction.
