摘要
用光皮树种子为原料,微波辅助有机溶剂提取光皮树油,试验了几种溶剂、溶剂与物料比、微波辐射时间及功率对提取得率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验寻求最佳萃取工艺条件。结果表明,微波辅助萃取光皮树油的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂为石油醚,溶剂与物料比为1∶3,辐射时间7 min,辐射功率800 W,得率为7.13%。
Taking Cormus Wilsoniana tree seed as the raw material,microwave-assisted organic solvent extraction is used for Cormus Wilsoniana fruit oil,and the effects of several solvents,ratio of solvent to material,microwave radiation time and power on the extract yield.On the basis of single factor experiment,the best extraction process conditions are determined by orthogonal experiment.The results show that the optimum process conditions of oil by microwave-assisted extraction are as follows: solvent for petroleum ether,the ratio of solvent to material 1∶3,radiation time 7 min,radiation power 800 W,and yield is 7.13%.
