摘要
中华鳖全身都是宝,其肌肉、背甲、鳖头、鳖血等都可入药,是药食同源的滋补佳品。通过对中华鳖的肌肉、背甲、鳖头、鳖血、鳖脂、鳖胆等分割产品的研究开发,加强了对中华鳖副产物的综合利用,不仅提高了中华鳖产品的科技附加值,而且扩大了消费渠道和消费人群,为推动中华鳖养殖业以及食品加工、药物开发等相关产业的发展,开辟了一条新路子。
All parts of Trionyx sinensis are the treasure,and all of its muscle,shell,blood,fat,gall are used as medicine, it is nourishing food of the same origin in both medicine and food.Through the processing products study on the cut product of Trionyx sinensis such as muscle,shell,blood,fat,gall,the utilization of its waste is strengthened.As a result,it not only increases the additional value of science and technology,but also extends the population and channel of expenditure.It opens up a new road for promoting the development of aquaculture of Trionyx sinensis and interrelative industries such as food processing,medicine developing.
