摘要
为培养创新性人才,在食品化学课程性质的基础上,结合了学生兴趣及用人单位对学生素质的需求,针对传统教学内容和方法,提出了食品化学教学内容、教学方法以及对学生考核评价方式等方面的改革和创新。
In order to develop innovative competence,on the basis of the course nature,to explore experimental teaching reform of food chemistry is raised about content of courses,teaching methods and assessment methods to students,which are aimed at conditional teaching contents and methods.Combined students' interest and request of employers,it provides a reference to experimental teaching.
