江苏沿海港口战略联盟建设的基本思路与功能定位

港口战略联盟建设是近年来国内外港口群整合物流资源、防止恶性竞争的成功做法,也是江苏在新一轮沿海开发中极力打造沿海新优势的关键着力点。目前,江苏沿海港口战略联盟建设已具有一定的现实基础和实践可行性,但也存在较多迫切需要解决的问题。沿海各港口应准确把握其在战略联盟中的分工及定位,厘清各自的发展思路、原则及模式,完善港口战略联盟的政策基础,大力发挥枢纽港和干线港的龙头和主导作用,极力完善相关支撑和配套服务体系,多维度、系统有序地推进江苏沿海港口战略联盟的建设进程。

The strategic alliance construction of coastal ports is a successful practice in the integration of logistic resources and the prevention of vicious competition both at home and abroad,and it is also the key point to the establishment of new advantages in the coastal development of Jiangsu.Presently,the strategic alliance construction of coastal ports is of realistic basis and practical feasibility,but there are also some urgent problems to be solved.Coastal ports in Jiangsu should know clearly their divisions of labor and positions,and put out clear-cut thoughts,principles and patterns of development,and achieve better basis for the strategic alliance.
