吉林省创业投资发展起步晚,金融生态环境发展滞后,使吉林省创业投资的发展落后于发达地区。分析其原因,除受到政策法律、金融市场和人力资源等外部环境因素影响外,导致吉林省创业投资发展落后的最根本原因是创业文化的缺失。

The investment development of Jilin Province is fall behind,the environment of finance is out which made the development of entrepreneurial investment of Jilin fall behind other developed area.Except these was affected by the policy,law,finance market and human resource,the absence of entrepreneurial culture is the main reason of the backward of the development of entrepreneurial investment of Jilin.
