铜陵铜官山尾矿库土壤动物多样性研究

Study on Soil Fauna Diversity in Tongling Tong Guan Shan Tailings

2007-2008年,对铜陵铜官山尾矿库土壤动物分季节进行了4次定点采样调查,共捕得土壤动物283只,隶属4门5纲12目.对荒地和荒草两种生境的土壤动物进行了初步研究.结果显示,优势类群为双翅类幼虫和蜱螨类,在水平分布上,荒草生境的土壤动物群落组成优于荒地生境,在垂直剖面上,土壤动物的分布都具有明显的表聚性,从季节动态来看,Margalef指数春季最高,夏秋缓慢降低,冬季最低.Shannon指数从春季开始缓慢增高,到秋季达到最大值,随后下降,总趋势为秋季>夏季>春季>冬季.

In 2007-2008, fixed sampling survey were carried for four times for the soil fauna of the Tong ling Tong guan shan tailings in different seasons. 283 soil fauna were caught, which belonged to 4 phylums, 5 classes and 12 or- ders. Two kinds of soil fauna of wasteland and grassland habitats were preliminarily studied. The results show that the dominant groups are Diptera larvae and ticks mites class; On the horizontal distribution, the community of soil fauna of grassland habitat is better than that of wasteland habitats; On the vertical profile, the distribution of soil fauna has obvi- ous surface aggregation properity. From seasonal dynamics point of view, Margalef index was highest in spring, fell slow- ly in summer and fall, and reached the lowest in winter. Shannon index increased slowly from spring, and reached the highest in the autumn, and then decreased, the overall trend is： the autumn〉 summer〉 spring〉 winter.
