摘要
采用大田试验方法,探讨了3种茎叶处理除草剂及其不同浓度对棉花产生药害后,棉叶内丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量的变化情况。结果表明:棉花产生药害后,与对照相比,棉叶内MDA和Pro含量均有不同程度的变化,但是MDA、Pro含量的增加与各除草剂的浓度无显著相关性。百草枯对MDA、Pro含量的影响最为明显,2,4-D丁酯次之,草甘膦稍轻。百草枯和草甘膦各处理在药后7d,棉叶内MDA含量达最大,定向表现为上升-下降的趋势。2,4-D丁酯对棉花MDA含量影响是一个持续积累的过程,在药后15d,其积累量达到最大。经百草枯处理的棉花在药后1d,Pro积累量达到最大,2,4-D丁酯和草甘膦各个处理在药后15d,Pro还在积累。
The effect of three foliar herbicides on malondialdehyde(MDA) and praline(Pro) contents in cotton leaves was investigated based on field experiments.The results showed that MDA and Pro contents changed to different degrees compared to the control,but there was no obvious correlation between the increase of MDA and Pro contents and the concentrations of 3herbicides.The effect of the herbicides reduced in the order of Paraquat,2,4-D butylate and Glyphosate.The MDA content peaked 7 days after Paraquat and Glyphosate were applied,with the tendency of rising first and then falling.The effect of 2,4-D butylate on MDA content was a process of continued accumulation,peaking 15days later.The highest accumulation of Pro in cotton treated by Paraquat was recorded 1dafter the treatment,but Pro in cotton treated by 2,4-D butylate and Glyphosate was still accumulating after 15days.
