Reliability and Validity of a Questionnaire on Knowledge,Attitude and Practice about Dyslipemia

评价自编血脂异常知识-态度-行为问卷的可行性、信度、效度和反应度,随机抽取某县189名18岁以上居民应用该问卷进行调查,并随机抽取其中的60人间隔15d进行重复测量,问卷的信度应用同质性信度和重测信度进行检验;内容效度、结构效度和判别效度应用相关分析、主成分分析和因子分析和方差分析等方法进行检验。结果显示:问卷Cronbach'sα系数在0.8以上,重测系数在0.8以上;每个条目与领域总分的相关系数绝对值均大于0.7;因子分析符合逻辑关系,6个公因子累计方差贡献率为79.871%;调查对象KAP得分在性别、年龄、文化程度上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);K分与A分正相关,A分与P分正相关。该问卷具有较好的信度和效度,是可信、有效、敏感的测评工具,可用于人群血脂干预研究。

To test the reliability and validity of a questionnaire on knowledge,attitude and practice about dyslipidemia.Based on the data investigated with this questionnaire from 189 residents at the age of over 18 years and the test-retest data from 60 persons,the reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by homogeneity reliability and test-retest reliability.The validity was assessed through correlation analysis,factor analysis and analysis of variance etc.The result showed that the Cronbach＇s α coefficient were more than 0.8 and retest coefficients were more than 0.8.The Pearson correlate coefficients of all the items to their dimensions were more than 0.7.Factor analysis conformed to logic relation,and the cumulative variance were 79.871%.The KAP score differences among gender groups,age groups,and educational level groups had statistical significant（P0.05）.The score of K had positive correlated with A,and the score of A had positive correlation with P.This questionnaire has good reliability and validity.As a reliable,valid and sensitive tool,this questionnaire can be used in the interventional research into dyslipidemia.
