摘要
对低压输浑水管道临界不淤流速的研究,可以为管道输水灌溉技术在渠灌区的推广应用提供技术支撑。通过室内管道输水试验系统,观测分析了浑水管道的临界不淤流速,共进行了16组不同含沙量试验,得到了临界不淤流速与含沙量的变化关系曲线。结果表明:在相同管径和泥沙容重条件下,临界不淤流速随着含沙量的增大而增大;对不同含沙量下的临界不淤流速进行回归分析,得出了临界不淤流速经验计算公式,该公式计算值与实测值符合较好,拟合度较高,相关系数R2=0.95,可以用于实际计算,为解决浑水管道泥沙淤堵问题提供理论依据。
The non-depositing critical velocity of muddy water delivery in low-pressure pipeline system was researched,which can provide some technical support for the application and extension of pipeline conveyance and irrigation technology in irrigation area.By using indoor water pipeline delivery experimental system,non-depositing critical velocity was analyzed.The relationship between the non-depositing critical velocity and silt content was acquired based on sixteen experiments under different sediment concentrations.The result shows that non-depositing critical velocity increases along with the increases of sediment content in the same sediment density and pipe diameter.Through regression analysis of non-depositing critical velocities under different conditions of sediment concentrations,the empirical formula of non-depositing critical velocity is drawn,and the calculated value and actual measured data are in good conformity.The formula has good fithess with R2 value 0.95 and can be used for the practical applications,providing a theoretical foundation for preventing pipeline silting and choking in channel irrigation area.
