激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变116例疗效分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the Efficacy of Laser Combined with Calcium Dobesilate Capsule for the Treatment of 116 Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

摘要 【目的】分析激光联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床疗效。【方法】在严格控制血糖基础上,将348例DR增殖前期患者随机分为3组,A组采取单纯激光治疗,B组采取单纯口服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊,C组采取激光联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,治疗结束后比较三组的临床疗效。【结果】c组总有效率为89.7%,A组总有效率为70.1%,B组总效率为34.3%,C组总有效率优于A组和B组(P〈0.01),治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。【结论】激光联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗DR安全有效。 [Objective]To analyze the clinical efficacy of laser combined with calcium dobesilate capsule for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. [Methods]A total of 348 patients with pro-proliferative diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A was treated with simple laser. Group B was given oral calcium dobesilate capsule. Group C received laser combined with calcium dobesilate capsule. The clinical efficacy among 3 groups was compared. [Results] The overall effective rate of group A, B and C was 70.1%, 34.3% and 89.7%, respectively. The overall effective rate of group C was better than that of group A and B( P 〈0.01). No obvious adverse reaction occurred in patients during the therapy. [Conclusion]Laser combined with calcium dobesilate capsules is safe and effective in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
