慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者及医生对接种疫苗知晓情况的调查

Survey on the Awareness of Vaccination Among Patients with COPD and Physicians

【目的】了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者及医生对接种疫苗的知晓情况。【方法】对住院的300名COPD患者和诊治呼吸系统疾病的176名内科医生采用调查问卷形式进行调查，并对患者进行接种疫苗啪健康教育，2个月后电话随访全部患者。【结果ICOPD患者的知晓率为37．3％，所住医院级别越低的患者，知晓率越低，且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；医生的知晓率为38．1％，医院级别和职称越低的医生，知晓率均越低，且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；2个月后，经健康教育的COPD患者接种率为10．0％。【结论】邵阳市的cOPD患者和医生对COPD接种疫苗的知识严重缺乏，医务工作者尤其是呼吸专科医师亟待增强自身对cOPD接种疫苗的认识，加强对患者的健康教育。

[Objective] To understand the awareness of vaccination among patients with chronic obstruc- tive pulmonary disease（COPD）and physicians. [Methods]Totally 300 hospitalized patients with COPD and 176 physicians for diagnosing and treating respiratory disease drawn from two tertiary hospitals, 13 second hospitals and 10 first hospitals were interviewed by questionnaires. After 2 months, 300 COPD patients were followed up by telephone. [Results] The awareness rate of vaccination among patients with COPD was 37.3 %. The lower the grade of the hospitals which the patients were hospitalized, the lower the awareness, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. The awareness of vaccination among physicians was 38.1%. The lower the grade of the hospitals and the professional title, the lower the awareness, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. After 2 months, the vaccination rate of COPD patients who received health education was 10.0%. [Conclusion] The patients with COPD and physicians in Shaoyang city are serious deficiency of the knowledge of vaccination. The recognition of physicians especially respiratory medical physicians to vaccination of COPD and health education should be strengthened. Moreover, more people in our society should pay more attention to the patients with COPD, and the convenience of treatment should be provide for them in order to improve the awareness of vaccination and vaccination rate.
