张掖示范推广德系西门塔尔牛的进展及前景

Progress and Prospect on Demonstration and Extension of German Simmental Cattle

2008年张掖市作为甘肃省唯一项目实施地开展由全国畜牧总站与德国宝牛育种中心共同执行的德系西门塔尔牛示范推广项目,旨在对张掖肉牛新类群提供多元遗传基础。引进德系西门塔尔牛冻精,在示范点上与本地西杂牛开展杂交试验,对F1代杂种牛进行适应性、生长发育及级进杂交F2代泌乳性能测定等。由于示范点杂交牛犊各阶段生长速度快,乳肉兼用特征明显,市场价格高,深受养殖户喜爱,项目取得阶段成效。

In 2008,Zhangye was as an unique project implementation region in Gansu province carrying on the demonstration and extension project, which was jointly executive by national animal husbandry and station and Germany Baoniu breeding center. The aim was to provide multiple genetic basis on new population of Zhangye beef cattle. Crossing breeding test was carried on the demonstration region by introducing Simmental frozen semen. The adaptability,growth and development of F1 hybrid and milking performance of grading hybridization F2 were detected. The hybrid calves in the demonstration region had high growth speed in each stages, obvious milk meat dual-purpose character and high economic values and were very popular with the farmers. The project obtained stage effect.
