长株潭城市群风景林建设具有良好的发展空间,不仅是提升城市群生态品位的必然选择,也是建设"两型社会"的重大举措。但从总体上看,长株潭城市群的资源消耗和环境承载力等制约因素仍然是长株潭城市群风景林建设的重大瓶颈。因此,努力破解风景林建设的制约瓶颈,科学定位长株潭城市群风景林建设的总体规划和生态配置。

It is not only the inevitable choice of enhancing the scenic forest ecological quality,but also the major measure of constructing ＂two model social＂ In Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.The scenic forest construction of urban agglomeration has a good development space.Nevertheless,it is still the major bottleneck of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration scenic forest construction which is the consumption of resources and environment carrying capacity and other constraints in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.Therefore,it is essential that we should make efforts to break the bottleneck of scenic forest construction,scientifically orientating of the whole planning and ecological configuration of constructing scenic forest in Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration.
