中医药能力型人才培养模式的改革与实践

The Training Mode Reformation and Practice of Ability Talent. of Traditional Chinese Medicine

在回顾我国中医药高等教育和学校中医药人才培养改革与发展历程的基础上，根据经济社会发展和医疗卫生改革要求，结合当前高等教育发展趋势和中医药人才成长规律，提出了建立中医药能力型人才培养模式改革的指导思想、基本原则和主要措施，为重构鲜明特色的、以能力培养为核心的中医药能力型人才培养体系，进一步改革创新中医药院校教育探索了崭新的路径和模式。

On the basis of reviewing the traditional Chinese medicine in China higher education and the course of talent training reform and development of traditional Chinese medicine school, according to the requirements of the economic and social development and the medical health reformation, and with the current higher education devel- opment trend and traditional Chinese medicine talent growth law, we propose the guiding ideology, basic principles and main measures of establishing the training mode reformation and practice of ability talent of Traditional Chinese medicine, and explore the new path and mode for reconstruction distinct features, training the system of ability as the core of Chinese medicine ability talent cultivation system and further reformation and innovation education colle- ges of traditional Chinese medicine.
