摘要
从活动理论的视角出发,结合交互白板培训来分析教师培训系统中的各个要素,探讨学习者在线学习活动设计。在对教师培训系统进行各要素分析的同时,提出其所存在的不足,并给出相关改进策略。该系统根据教师以及职前教师的特点,在明确培训目的、培训计划的基础上,充分调动其学习积极性与主动性。
From the perspective of activity theory,this article combined with interactive electronic white board training to analyze the elements of teacher training system and design online learning activities.When analyzing the elements of teacher training system,we put forward deficiency and provide relevant improvement strategies.According to the characteristics of teachers and pre-service teachers,based on the clear training objectives and training plans,the system is advantageous for students to activate their learning.
