形态学颗粒分析在细胞尺寸分布中的应用

摘要 以数学形态学中开闭运算及其相关性质为基础,研究形态学颗粒分析方法的相关性质。在实验中,先将获取的彩色细胞图像转化为二值图像,利用形态学开运算滤除小噪声斑点后,再采用形态学开颗粒分析,在有效保证细胞形状和大小的前提下,统计出细胞的大小分布情况。实验表明,该方法能有效地给出细胞体大小分布。
