本文对国外矿政、地政监督体制进行了概述 ,并与我国目前的国土资源监督体制做了对比分析 ,由此提出改革目前我国国土资源监督体制的几点浅见。

The paper gives brief account of foreign supervision system of mining adaministration and land administration. Then, it analyses present supervision system of land and resources in china. Therefore, it puts forwards suggestion on relevant reform.
