血清MFGE8与CA125、CEA对乳腺癌诊断价值探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血清中MFGE8水平及与乳腺癌诊断的关系。方法:收集62例乳腺癌患者(乳腺癌组)、49例乳腺良性肿瘤患者(良性组)及105例女性健康体检者(对照组)血清,用ELISA方法检测MFGE8水平,采用电化学发光法检测CA125和CEA水平,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:乳腺癌组患者血清中MFGE8、CA125和CEA水平分别为(6638.5±3529.3)pg/ml、(34.58±31.26)U/ml和(4.39±3.25)ng/ml,MFGE8显著高于其他两组;乳腺癌组MFGE8、CA125和CEA的阳性率分别是65.4%、50.9%和30.3%,联合检测MFGE8、CA125和CEA,检出率可提高至85.3%。结论:血清MFGE8水平可以和CA125、CEA一同作为诊断乳腺癌的指标。 Objective:To discuss the serum level of MFGE8 and the relationship between MFGE8 and diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:Eenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was introduced to detect serum level of MFGE8 and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay introduced to detect serum level of CA125 and CEA.Results:The serum levels of MFGE8,CA125 and CEA in patients with breast cancer were (6638.5±3529.3)pg/ml,(34.58±31.26)U/ml and (4.39±3.25)ng/ml respectively,which were significantly higher than others.The positive incidence of MFGE8,CA125 and CEA in patients with breast cancer were 65.4%,50.9% and 30.3%.By combined detection of MFGE8,CA125 and CEA,the positive rate of breast cancer could be greatly improved to 85.3%.Conclusion:The serum level of MFGE8 can be reviewed as a kind of valuable biomarker in the diagnosis of breast cancer,together with CA125 and CEA.
