The Results Analysis of 2560 Pre-pregnancy Examination Cases

目的:通过分析2560例孕前医学检查的夫妇检查结果,探讨行孕前检查对优生优育的重要价值。方法:对笔者所在医院行孕前检查的1280对夫妇进行相关孕前检查,观察传染性疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病、遗传性疾病、TORCH感染及其他内科疾病发病情况。结果:各系统疾病检出比例中,传染性疾病、泌尿生殖系统、遗传性疾病、TORCH感染及其他内科疾病分别占6.0%、13.0%、6.6%、5.4%、2.1%。结论:各系统疾病的发生在孕前进行相关检查即可筛查出,孕前检查是减少出生缺陷率,提高出生人口素质重要预防手段。

Objective：To analyze the check results 2560 cases pre-pregnancy examination couple,to investigate the important of pre-pregnancy examination for healthy pregnancy and scientific nurture.Methods：1280 couple were volunteered to take pre-pregnancy examination in author’s hospital.To observation the infectious disease,genitourinary system disease, hereditary disease,TORCH infection and other medical disease,to analyze the value of pre-pregnancy examination results for eugenics.Results：The accounted of infectious disease,genitourinary system,hereditary disease,TORCH infection and other medical disease were 6.0%,13.0%,6.6%,5.4% and 2.1%,respectively.Conclusion： Each system disease can be checked up before conceive,pre-pregnancy examination is a important way to reduce the birth defects and improve birth population quality.
