摘要
文章在阐述企业制度的内含及构成、现代企业制度的内容和特征的同时 ,指出了制度选择是推动经济增长的关键因素 ,提出了我国国有企业制度选择的思路、以及地勘单位进行股份制改组的设想。
The paper exppunds the intension and formation of enterprise system, it also discusses the content and characteristics of modern enterprise system. Then, it points out that selection of enterprise system is key factor for pushing forward the growth of economy. It also puts forward the train of thought on selection of system for state owned enterprise and imagine of carrying share out system in geological prospecting units.
