产业升级背景下广州职业教育的“第二曲线”发展

摘要 产业升级与职业教育发展两者之间具有紧密联系。本文以"第二曲线"理论为出发点,认为广州产业升级进程步入关键期,为广州职业教育发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。广州职业教育必须从专业结构设置、实训教学基地建设、教师队伍建设及职业学校校长培训四个方面实现职业教育的"第二曲线"发展。 Industrial upgrading and vocational education development are closely related. This article using "The Second Curve" Theory as a starting point, proposes that the critical period for industrial upgrading in Guangzhou is coming, which has bronght along new opportunities and challenges for Guangzhou vocational education development. Guangzhou vocational education should begin with four aspects including specialty setup, the construction of practical teaching bases, the construction of teaching staff and the training of vocational school principals to realize "the second curve" development.
